Masters Swimmer Takes on Ice World Championships in Italy 02 Mar 2025
Competing in freezing waters is not for the faint-hearted, but for Masters swimmer, Cathy Munro, it’s just another challenge to embrace. A dedicated member of the club for over 20 years, she recently took on the Ice World Swimming Championships in Molveno, Italy, racing in near-freezing conditions against top competitors from around the world. With multiple medals and a passion for the sport, her journey is nothing short of inspiring.

Chris comes to us with a wealth of swimming experience. As a qualified Swim England Senior Swimming Coach, Chris has successfully coached swimmers at all levels on the Swim England swimming pathway, including County, Regional, National Events, the British Summer Championships and the British Championships. In the past his swimmers have achieved multiple national medals.
