asa Performance Swimming Badges

Penguins are now offering the ASA performance badges, for distances 25 metres to 1500 metres on all strokes plus the IM. There are four levels of achievement - bronze, silver, gold and platinum. It's a great way for the swimmers to mark their improvement and to aim for the next level. A badge with certificate will cost £2 and the stroke flash is 75p.

Interested? Then follow these instructions...

  1. Download the record sheets - sprint awards and/or distance / middle distance awards as well as the badge order form.
  2. Check your Personal Bests from galas, open meets and training time trials
  3. Tick the award(s) you have achieved, and fill in your time(s)
  4. If you wish to purchase a badge complete the badge order form and bring it to any of the following sessions:
    Winchester College - Tuesday evenings 5.50pm – 8.50pm. Please hand form into a member of the club committee.
    River Park - Saturday mornings 7.50am – 9.30am. Please hand form into Sheila Kemp at the Penguins Shop
  5. Remember to check with the person paying for the badges before you complete the form!
