Bag2School Fundraiser
Dear Swimmers/Parents
We will be handing out bags to fill for our bags2school fund raising project this week. Please only return to the club on the dates stated in the accompanying letter. Bin liners can be used if you can fill more than one. Please ask family and friends and fill as many bags as possible. This fundraiser is for WCPSC only and should not compete with any bag2school schemes being run by local schools
Supermarket Voucher Schemes We are collecting Sainsburys and Tescos Schools and Clubs Vouchers to buy equipment for the club. Please post in the WCPSC mailbox at Winchester College or collect and give to a Committee member. We do realise that you may be collecting these for your child's school, but any spare would be appreciated!
Cake Sale In February we raised £30.20 through our cake sale. Sadly no-one baked cakes this month and we had some very disappointed swimmers. So that the cake baking does not become a burden it seems sensible for squads to take turns to bake. We will start with Flippers and Otters, on Tuesday 6th April. Please put it on your calendar and help the club to raise funds.
Thank you for your support, you are making a difference! -
WCPSC AGM Sunday 25th April, 5 - 6.30pm IBM Clubhouse
We will be electing the committee to manage the club for the next 12 months. It would be lovely to have some new members. For more information about what is invloved or for a nomination form please contact Alison Fenwick, email - secretary@wcpsc.org or speak to any existing committee member. Bar meals available. We have arranged for professional sports coaches to organise basketball and other team games for the children whilst the meeting is in progress. Please email secretary@wcpsc.org if your children would like to attend, so that we can ensure we have the correct ratio of coaches to children.
Please come and support your club! -
