Volunteers Required for British Gas Swimming Championships
London Swimming are looking for volunteers (greet people, check tickets, sell programmes, guide people to their seats, organise the VIPs, assist with the victory ceremonies etc) to help run the event from Saturday 3rd - Saturday 10th March 2012 at the Aquatic Centre in the Olympic Park. More information and Application Form -
Changes to Competition Event Fees
There will be a significant change to the club's entry procedure that is being implemented for the PNSC Easter OM and all subsequent competitions. In a response to recent entry rejections and the additional bureaucracy and inconvenience caused by refunding swimmers or holding credit balances on their behalf, it has been agreed that swimmers will pay upon confirmation that their entries have been accepted.
As a result, please do not include payment with your entry but wait until the list of accepted entries is circulated. This change to our process may take a while to settle down so the club would be grateful for your co-operation and support - thank-you.

Hamble Games - 21st July 2012
Rory Fitzgerald, one of our Masters swimmers, is helping to organise this event in which a series of water based competitions are to be held on the River Hamble, including Open Water Swimming, Running, Sailing, Kayaking and Rowing. There will be awards for the first three male and female in each age group as well as overall team prizes. Rory says, "It will be an opportunity to give any club members (or indeed their parents!) the chance to try some of the other sports. Boats will be provided." Details are available at www.riverhamblegames.com and Rory can provide more information if required. Anyone who wants to try a biathlon can do that as the swimming and running events are being coordinated to make this possible. It should be noted that this event now clashes with the Fareham Nomads end of season Open Meet -
