Timetable from September 2010
A new training timetable will take effect from 6th September. For the benefit of those who were not at the Club Information Evening on 25th June, the following is a brief explanation about the changes:- We have acquired 3 hours of extra pool time - Monday 1 hour at Winchester College, Friday 2 hours at ATR
- Flippers sessions have been spread out across the week, rather than all being at the start of the week.
- All Flippers sessions are now Flippers Only, they are not shared with Otters. The squads have been separated due to increasing numbers and wide ability ranges across the two squads.
- Kings 2 and Seals have been separated due to wide range of age/ability.
- Squad fees will remain unchanged for the next year. Even though some squads may have a small reduction in hours it is felt that the quality of training will be much improved with the new timetable.

Sign up for Cycle4Life, cycling from Winchester to Portsmouth on September 4th
Lionel Jones writes:
"Believe it or not, I'm riding all the way to Gibraltar, but it would be great if you could join me for the 1st leg to Portsmouth and help raise much needed funds for Cancer Research UK?
Even if you can't participate in the ride, we are looking for volunteers to help on the day, or you might consider sponsoring me.
Visit the Inspired Living website for more information on this project and the cycle ride and pass this on to any of your family or friends you think might be interested in joining Lionel and the rest of the Inspired Living Team. Many thanks in advance"... Lionel
