As a non-profit making Members’ Club, we are controlled by an elected committee and publish our accounts annually.
The committee is comprised mainly of swimmers' parents, with no qualification other than enthusiasm and some spare time. Most remain on the committee for several years providing good continuity, while an annual turnover of 2 to 3 people each year is encouraged to promote new ideas and parental involvement.
